The wireless signal uses a part of the radio frequency spectrum that we, and only we, are licensed to use. In order to qualify for this type of service, you must have line of sight from your residence to one of our local radio repeaters (within 10 miles). To determine if you qualify, we will need to perform a site survey of the proposed location. Our wireless connection is a service that we are introduced to the Lewistown area in 1997. The connection will allow bursting at T1 speed for the first 11.5MB before being reduced to the guaranteed speed. Higher guaranteed speeds are available on a sliding scale.

While there is limited area availability at present, we are expanding the network to include as much of the Lewistown area as physically possible. The technology we are using requires that you have line of sight to one or our antennas. Currently, we cover most of Lewistown from the top of The Bank Building on main street (the highest point in Lewistown). We also have a wireless access point on the upper east side of town.
